WEB ORDERS

When an order is placed online you will receive a confirmation email, giving you an order number which I will follow up with an expected delivery date.   Please note that most of my work is currently made to order so allow approximately 1-2 weeks for Silver pieces and between 4-6 weeks maximum delivery time on Gold collection pieces.  This is only a guide and I will of course endeavour to get your order out sooner if at all possible.

If you would like a variation of an existing pieces or if you need something a little sooner and have a specific date in mind please get in touch to discuss your ideas, I will always do my best to meet your deadline. All the beads and Gemstones that I use are subject to availability.  Please note due to the hand-made nature of my pieces the texture and certain details may vary slightly from the photograph.

DELIVERY 

All jewellery comes in a branded box with a matching drawstring pouch. This is carefully packed inside an un-branded padded paper envelope and delivered by Royal Mail Special delivery. This service is fully tracked and insured, and guaranteed before 1pm the next day.  A signature will be required on receipt so please make sure there will be someone in to sign for the parcel.

Postage and packaging within the UK will be charged at a flat rate of £8.50.  International deliveries will be charged at £15.

International delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the destination country and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the destination country postal service or customs checks. Any import duties, sales taxes or other customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

BESPOKE

If you are interested in commissioning me to make a unique, one-off piece do get in touch.  All commissioned pieces will require a 50% deposit and will take approximately 6-8 weeks from when your design is finalised.   Please note that this is only a guide and bespoke lead-times can really vary according to my current work-load.  

Quotes are available on request and are valid for 30 days due to the fluctuating cost of precious metals.

RETURNS

I hope that you will be delighted with your Mim Best jewellery.  If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied I will be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.  Items will need to be returned unworn, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.  

Mim Best cannot accept responsibility for any returned items that are mislaid in transit; it is therefore strongly recommended that any returned jewellery is insured using Royal Mail Special Delivery service.  Return postage is non-refundable unless the item is deemed structurally faulty.

If you wish to return or exchange a piece please get in touch prior to sending stating your reason for return. 

Items exempt from refunds or exchange include bespoke pieces and customised pieces made to a specific size.
